Reward: Edwards Airmanship Ribbon
Difficulty: Beginner
Estimated Time: 30 minutes
This reward is for completing the Executive Tour mission. Press Ctrl+E to start your engines, then taxi to the runway. Takeoff, pull up the gear and flaps, and maintain somewhere around 160 knots. The mission compass is going to show you the points of interest in order, so you can concentrate on the flying. It's important to keep the points on your left as you pass them, otherwise your copilot will tell you to circle and pass by again. You also need to keep the turns gentle, because the mission will fail if the Secretary hurts his back (above 2.5 G's or so). You can monitor your G's by pressing Shift+Z three times to bring up the stats header.
After passing the last point of interest, you'll be told to fly alongside the approaching space shuttle. Increase your speed and begin climbing. You should be able to spot the shuttle after you cross about 4,000 feet. As you get close, turn to place the shuttle on your left side and do your best to keep up with it. After you're in position, wait for the Secretary to say something about taking pictures. After this, you're done. Fly back to the runway (minding those G's!) and make a smooth landing to receive the reward.
