Reward: Best Course Time

Not only do you need to successfully complete the Swedish Championship Soaring Course mission, but in order to receive this reward you need to set the course record. That means crossing the finish line in under 50 minutes.
Personally, I recommend turning on the visual setting for thermals. By going to your display settings, you can click on the "Weather" tab and set the the "Thermal Visualization" to "Schematic". You can see what this looks like in the screenshot below.
For a more challenging option, you can set the visualiztion to "Natural". Instead of a rising coil outlining the thermals, you will be able to see birds soaring inside of them. Either way, you need to know where the rising air is.
I was able to beat 50 minutes by maintaining an average airspeed of 80-85 knots. I tried not to veer too far off course to reach a thermal, but when I did get inside one, I flew at 57 knots: the glide-speed with the best lift to distance ratio. After passing all of the checkpoints, I found that I was able to land succesfully as long as I had a minimum altitude of about 1,200 ft when I passed the finish line.
