You'll receive this reward after successfully completing the Commercial Pilot Checkride. Unless you already have this certificate in real life, you'll want to read and fly all of the lessons in the commercial pilot section of the learning center. Once you understand everything in those lessons, this checkride should be easy enough. Just do whatever your instructor says.
