Reward: Pilot of the Hour
Difficulty: Advanced
Estimated Time: 45 minutes
This reward is for completing the Amsterdam-London Airline Run mission. You start at the gate with engines running and you'll request pushback (SHIFT + P) once you have taxi clearance. Taxi over to runway 29 and hold short while your copilot gets clearance. Once you takeoff, engage the autopilot and start climbing. Before too long a flight attendant tells you that a passenger is ill. A minute later, she calls back to tell you that he's having a heart attack. As soon as you hear this, level off where you are and wait while your copilot sorts out the details with ATC. Eventually you'll be cleared down to 2000 feet and told to fly the approach to the ILS at Rotterdam. You'll have to fly to the ROT intersection using either the mission compass or the ADF, then to the RR NDB using the same methods. Your copilot forgets to set the ILS Nav radio for you, so you need to set it to 108.3 and set the course to 239. You can then follow the ILS down and land (or let the autopilot do it). Taxi off to the left and head for the control tower. You should see the ambulance nearby. I had to almost run the paramedics over for my copilot to tell me to come to a stop and acknowledge that we made it.
