This reward is for completing the flight and landing at Santa Monica Airport in the Catalina Day Spa mission. This requires you to restart your engine when it fails over the Pacific Ocean. It's really simple. All you have to do is turn on the fuel boost pump as soon as you see the low fuel pressure warning light (press SHIFT+7 then turn fuel boost to ON). Or you can wait until after the engine quits. Or you can even do it before you takeoff, eliminating the problem completely. Either way, continue on and land at Santa Monica to complete the mission.
