This reward is for completing the Quito Approach mission. If you use the autopilot, this short flight should be very easy. The only thing you need to watch out for is the turn from 150 degrees to 350 degrees. The air traffic controller tells you to turn right to this heading, whereas if you just put this number into the heading hold, the aircraft will turn to the left, sending you straight into a mountain. In order to make sure that you do turn right, put in a number somewhere between the two, such as 250, then change it to 350 just before you start to level off. Just remember to disengage the autothrottle as you land and you'll have completed the mission.
