This reward is for completing the Monsoon Approach mission. If you use the autopilot, the approach is very easy. You'll be given headings and altitudes by ATC and your copilot will run through all the checklists. The ILS frequency is already in the radio, so once you're told to intercept it, just wait for the needles to start to move. Press the APP button on the autopilot to hold the course, and when you start to intercept the glideslope, turn off the altitude hold and the autopilot will start taking you down. Once you have the runway in sight, turn off both the autopilot AND the autothrottle then gently set it down and brake to a stop.
